4.3 Third-Party & Open Source

Third-party components remain subject to their original licenses. We avoid copyleft licenses that could impose unintended obligations on your business.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Invoicing follows milestones or retainer schedules agreed in writing
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law
• All prices exclude applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) unless stated

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• AI-generated outputs are probabilistic; we do not guarantee 100% accuracy or error-free operation
• This limitation does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or IP infringement

7. Disclaimers

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation

8. Termination

Either party may terminate:

Upon termination, we will deliver work-in-progress upon receipt of outstanding payments.
